This is the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had, Cheryl (who runs the office) is amazing! She is always going above and beyond to make sure that our needs are taken care of and if ever we have an issue or questions she is quick to reach back to us if she misses our call, usually within 10-15mins. She has seriously been our savior, especially recently, when we needed to upsize from a 5x5 to something larger due to a hiccup in our living situation she kept us up to date and informed us immediately as a unit large enough became available and even was able to help us find a backup rental facility just incase nothing became available! I am so ecstatic that we were lucky enough to have a big unit at empire mini storage open up as we love it here and I was dreading the idea of having to say goodbye to (in my personal opinion) The best storage facility in Lake county hands down! Great location, good rates, love feeling my belongings are secure, coded gate entry and exit, and awesome employees who actually care about their customers needs and treat us more like family no just another check. thank you Empire Mini Storage and THANK YOU CHERYL!!

Empire Storage had the perfect size unit for us and Cheryl made sure we had everything we needed. I felt very informed after she walked us through everything. I definitely recommend Empire for locals. It's a great option for those extra items that take up too much space at home.

Very Friendly and always helpful. They don't make you feel guilty or harass you if you are late or even forgot to pay! I finally got it set up for automatic withdrawal. 🙄 Duh. The price is right and the Customer Service is excellent!
